Prof. Dr. Ralf-Christian Härting, (Dipl. Kfm.) teaches master's and bachelor's degree programs at Aalen University in the field of business information systems and organization. He also teaches in the bachelor's degree program “Business Administration” at the Graduate Campus.

Aalen University achieves outstanding rankings in the U-Multirank university ranking
In the U-Multirank university ranking, the business administration and industrial engineering programs at Aalen University have placed among the top national programs. The ranking is the largest global user-oriented university ranking. For the strongly internationally oriented economics programs, international comparisons of universities are becoming increasingly important.
Thesis
Possible topics for theses in the field of information systems, process management, and e-business are here listed below.
If you are interested in writing a thesis in one of our research areas, we look forward to hearing from you. In-depth knowledge of business informatics and/or related topics is generally helpful (see also our Publications and Projects auf www.kmu-aalen.de)
In our view, the following points are important:
- The thesis must be based on a scientific question (which can be illustrated later using a practical example, if necessary).
- The work should (predominantly) also include English-language sources.
- Studies written in English will be given special consideration.
- Parallel to the thesis, a publication in English should also be drafted, which can be published either in a journal or on the online platform kmu-aalen.de and meets scientific standards.
