Prof. Dr. oec., Dipl.-Kfm., has been Professor of Information Systems and Management at Aalen University of Applied Sciences since 2004. He heads the Competence Center for Business Information Systems, which is committed to current research topics in the fields of digitization and new media management.
After completing his studies and doctorate at the Technical University of Munich, he worked in the media industry for more than 10 years and was most recently managing director of a successful label belonging to the Bertelsmann Music Group.
In addition to his academic career, he works as an expert in business intelligence, digital marketing, and sales controlling. He is also the founder and consultant of an SME in the online media industry.
