Search engine optimization of nachhaltiger-einkauf.de
As part of Prof. Dr. Härting's “Business Information Systems” course in the Business Administration for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises program at Aalen University, fourth-semester students gain an initial insight into the topics of e-business and business software. The scope of the course is not sufficient to cover the entire spectrum of software. For this reason, each team completes a project on one of 16 topics offered. Project team 8 is working on the task “Selected approaches to online marketing, in particular SEM, using the case study www.nachhaltiger-einkauf.de.”
The aim of this project is to review the basic components and functions of the SISTRIX software and, using the case study “www.nachhaltiger-einkauf.de,” to demonstrate its practical applications. Search engine optimization measures will also be carried out. The project team will also produce a project report in which the project topic will be thoroughly examined. In order to give the other students in the semester an insight into SISTRIX, a workshop will be independently developed and conducted. This will allow other students to learn about the basic functions of the application. Through teamwork, the team members will strengthen their technical and methodological skills, as well as their social skills.
The project team has already implemented several optimization measures, including SSL encryption for the website. This can be recognized by the closed green padlock symbol shown in the image.
